New Year

There would be a need – as a New Year's resolution – for an ethics based on «rational clarity, work discipline, courage and sense of duty».
With the hope that the future will make us forget the vulgarity of the simplifications applied to everything (for convenience of thought), of the ethics of everything and immediately and of maximum results with minimum effort, of mental and moral shortcuts, of narrow-mindedness and pettiness in social action.
